Life Support Systems

Conclusion
As can be seen, the Earth provides a complicated and comprehensive life support system for a wide variety of ecosystems. Under their normal operating loads, these ecosystems are self-regulating and the inherent regulatory mechanisms ensure they remain stable.
It can be implied that if one of the essential components mentioned is knocked out of its natural balance, this risks overcoming the natural regulatory mechanisms and sending the ecosystem out of control. If the ecosystems lose their control then the chances are the whole life support system will suffer.
